J Streicher Global - Who Are They?

J Streicher Global has a website that is found here. Visiting the website it appears they are part of the century owned company J Streicher & Co which is found here. However, when clicking on the link off their homepage you get a message that J Streicher Holdings, LLC (website Jstreicherglobal.com ) is not related to the actual 100-year old J Streicher & Co.  Jaleel Lewis, listed as CEO of the "Americas" for J Streicher Global was allegedly on a Zoom call in 2022 with the church in California that has the pending lawsuit against Lottery.com, Jeff Sparrow, and the Lottery.com founders for $2.7 million.  The Zoom call between J Striecher Global and the church in 2022, allegedly arranged by Jeff Sparrow , was designed to get the church to invest into J Streicher Global.  The church declined to invest in J Striecher Global and according to the pending lawsuit this same church allegedly was then defrauded out of $2.7 million by Jeff Sparrow, the Lottery.com founders, and Lottery.com.  J Striecher Global is allegedly the same company that one of the Lottery.com founders sent $16.5 million to from Lottery.com's bank account in 2022, all of which was lost.  Lottery.com ran out of funds in July of 2022 and laid off their employees and essentially stopped operations. When visiting the "Our Team" page at the J Streicher Global website  (click here) one sees that above Jaleel Lewis is a photograph and bio of Jonathan Q. Frey.  It appears as if Jaleel Lewis works under Jonathan Q Frey, the Chairman Emeritus of the company.  However, it appears that Jonathan Q. Frey is actually the Chairman Emeritus of the 100-year old J Streicher & Co (click here). It appears Jaleel Lewis, who allegedly participated in the Zoom call with the church in California through the Jeff Sparrow introduction, has nothing to do with the J Streicher & Co despite putting the picture of Jonathan Q. Frey on the "Our Team" page for J Streicher Global. Although it is confusing, possibly by design, it appears the J Striecher Global company that allegedly received the $16.5 million from Lottery.com in 2022, and that allegedly participated in the Jeff Sparrow arranged Zoom call with the California church in 2022 to solicit investments funds, has no relation to the 100-year old J Streicher & Co.
